Play responsibly
Minimum age: 18
In Netherlands you must be at least 18 to gamble. This site is written for adults, and no part of it is intended for anyone younger.
What the maths does
Every price carries the operator's edge. That edge is why the house wins over enough bets regardless of skill, and no strategy published anywhere removes it. Treat any money you stake as money you have spent.
What to watch for in yourself
Going past the limit you set, betting to recover a loss, funding it with borrowed money, keeping it from the people around you, turning it over in your head at odd hours. None of these is trivial and they tend to come in company.
Help available in Netherlands

None of it costs anything, and the earlier the conversation, the smaller the problem it has to solve.
What you can do yourself
Set a deposit limit before you start rather than after, and keep betting money separate from money you need. Licensed operators must offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion; unlicensed ones may not, which is one more reason the licence on a platform matters.
